Downhill mountain biking has been a passion of mine for many years. It’s simple in premise—get from top to bottom fast—but complex in execution: a continuous negotiation between speed, line choice, and balance that sharpens the senses and stretches the limits of confidence. Gravity takes over the moment you take off. Tires grip dirt, a brief airborne silence before the trail reasserts itself with roots, rocks, and high banked berms that twist and turn, demanding everything you’ve got. It’s both purely physical and deeply mental: the body executes, the mind simplifies. It’s the clarity of focus when everything else fades to the periphery. You come down exhausted and electric, already replaying the run and planning the next descent.
The encouraging words, “SEND IT!”, are often heard before dropping into a difficult trail or hitting a challenging feature. Shared lines, shouted warnings, and high-fives at the bottom create a rhythm of collective bragging rights and mutual support.
Riders, often perfect strangers, push each other and celebrate when someone nails a move that looked impossible or tames a trail thought to be untamable.

Our new V4B (Vegan Four Butter) soap base produces the same luxurious, super slick, ultra creamy, “yogurt like” lather you’ve come to expect from our shave soaps. The addition of Shorea butter, and aloe brings a new level of protection and skin conditioning to your shave. Marshmallow Root soothes redness and irritation, relieves inflammation, and helps retain moisture.
Our shave soaps are hand poured. Each jar contains approx. 4 oz.
Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Distilled Water (Aqua), RSPO Palm Oil (Elaeis Guineensis Oil), Potassium Hydroxide, Kokum Butter (Garcinia Indica Seed Butter), Mango Butter (Mangifera Indica Seed Butter), Sodium Hydroxide, Essential/Fragrance Oil (parfum), Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Fruit Butter), Shorea Butter (Shorea Stenoptera Seed Butter), Vegetable Glycerin, Kaolin Clay, Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera Oil), Sodium Lactate, Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis), Marshmallow Root (Althaea Officinalis)

Each plate of the dragon’s scales formed a map of battles survived. Standing atop the western ridge, keeping a vigilant watch over the realm he had sworn to keep safe. Flowing fields of wheat, a scatter of villages, the silver thread of the river, and the distant dark of the mountain passes, where trouble often presented.
When the horn of alarm spread through the air, the dragon’s eyes—amber and patient—flicked toward the sound. He felt the tremor in the air, the scent of boots and iron, the shadow of malicious intent carried on the breeze. He had no love for glory, no hunger for coin. His oath was an old thing, older than the banners that now fluttered in his charge. It sat in his chest like a steady ember: protect, endure, return peace to the land.
When the battle was finished and peace returned, it was never perfect. The land recovered, the villages were rebuilt, and grief kept its place at many tables. Still, the dragon remained, a living boundary between harm and home. He asked only for continuance: that children would wake to mornings of ordinary light; that the river find its course; that tomorrow’s quarrel not become tomorrow’s ruin. So he kept his vigil, fierce and unshowy, a warrior whose battlefield was the quiet life of a place he had vowed to defend.
